Phase 4 assays (eight holes, 4,366 m) at Prodigy expanded the gold-silver system; hole 26-14 had 306.6 m at 0.54 g/t gold equivalent, including 163.9 m at 0.72 g/t. The company says the mineralized body is now about 600 m long, 100 to 200 m wide and up to 500 m deep, and Prodigy drilling totals 12,951 m in 21 holes. Holes east of Prodigy also hit broad molybdenum zones, which the company says support a possible second large molybdenum deposit, and re-assaying of 2008-2012 historical core found gold, for example 10.3 g/t over 0.9 m at the 61 Zone. Working capital is $2.6 million, down from about C$3.8 million in March, and Phase 5 is planned for September 2026 with permits for 37 more drill sites. These are drill intersections only; no mineral resource is stated for Prodigy.
Holders of 96% of the warrants from the March 2025 placement exercised them before the March 18, 2026 expiry: 4,801,964 of 5,000,000 warrants at $0.60, raising about C$2.88 million. This brings working capital to about C$3.8 million, reversing the cash decline seen through 2025, and adds roughly 4.8 million shares (inference: about 73.7 million shares outstanding if no other changes). Phase 4 drilling at Prodigy began in early February 2026, with six holes and about 3,000 m done so far, and is planned to continue to spring breakup and possibly to end of June; no assays yet. Jake delineation is still planned after Maestro advances.
The company's US-traded shares moved up from the OTCQB Venture Market to the higher OTCQX Best Market, still under symbol QZMRF, with the TSXV listing unchanged and no action needed by shareholders. The company says this gives US investors better liquidity and plans a US investor outreach program in 2026. It repeats that it is funded to mobilize Phase 4 drilling at Prodigy in 2026. This is a change in US trading venue, not a financing.
This is the November 3, 2025 press release behind the earlier Phase 3 summary. Hole PR25-13 hit 123 m at 0.79 g/t gold equivalent and 315 m at 0.73 g/t gold equivalent, which the company calls a newly discovered gold-rich porphyry system below the Prodigy epithermal zone. Prodigy drilling totals 8,346 m in 13 holes, Phase 4 is planned for early February 2026, and treasury is $2.6 million. It also gives Re-Os age dates of about 67 million years for two mineralization stages, which the company compares to the Blackwater mine; U-Pb zircon dating is still in progress. These are drill intersections only; no mineral resource is stated.
Phase 3 assays (seven holes, 3,885 m) were reported; hole PR25-13 hit 123 m at 0.79 g/t gold equivalent and 315 m at 0.73 g/t gold equivalent, which the company calls a newly discovered gold-rich porphyry system beneath the Prodigy epithermal zone. Prodigy drilling now totals 8,346 m in 13 holes, and Phase 4 is planned for early February 2026. Treasury is $2.6 million, down from $3.0 million in August (arithmetic from the filings). These are drill intersections only; no mineral resource is stated.
The company's US-traded shares moved from the OTC Pink market to the OTCQB Venture Market (announced August 20, 2025, filed in November), still under symbol QZMRF, with the TSXV listing unchanged and no action needed by shareholders. The release also repeats that Phase 3 drilling was ongoing with five of seven holes done. It is a change in US trading venue, not a financing or a compliance problem.
The company reported 2,476 m drilled in 5 of 7 planned holes in Phase 3 at Prodigy, expected to total about 3,700 m, with assays likely in mid-September. It also hired Dr. Farhad Bouzari (UBC Minerals Deposit Research Unit) as an advisor for scientific studies at Maestro, and said it has $3,000,000 on hand, down from $3,600,000 reported in June. No new assay results; Jake delineation is still planned after Maestro.
Assays from the four Phase Two holes at Prodigy (Maestro) all returned wide gold-silver intervals starting near surface; for example PR25-03 had 603.4 m at 0.56 g/t gold equivalent. The holes total 3,255 m, and the company says the system is open in all directions and Phase Three drilling is mobilizing, with $3.6 million on hand. This follows up the 2024 discovery hole (PR23-02) and the April 2025 start of delineation drilling; these are drill intersections only and no mineral resource is stated.
Diamond drilling has started at Prodigy on the Maestro property, using one core rig, to follow up the 2024 discovery hole (102 m at 2.22 g/t gold and 104 g/t silver). The company expects multiple sequential drilling phases during 2025, subject to results, and will announce assays once received. This starts the delineation drilling planned since the January and February releases; no new assay results are given and no mineral resource is stated.
The company said it closed the $4.2 million placement announced in February: 10,000,000 units at $0.42, with 1,700,000 flow-through units to Chairman Dickinson and associates and 2,400,000 units to insider The Sutton Group. The release still notes the financing is subject to customary TSXV approval. Flow-through proceeds are earmarked for Maestro drilling, and the chairman says the company is now fully funded for delineation drilling at Prodigy. This completes the February proposal; it came about a month later than the February expectation of closing.
The company proposed a $4.2 million private placement of 10,000,000 units at $0.42 (each a share plus half a warrant exercisable at $0.60 for one year). Chairman Robert Dickinson would take 1,700,000 flow-through units and The Sutton Group, an insider, 2,400,000 units. Shares would rise from 58,868,030 to 68,868,030 (73,868,030 if all warrants are exercised), so existing holders are diluted. Subject to TSXV approval, with closing expected in February 2025. Delineation drilling at Prodigy (Maestro) was planned to start in late February 2025.
The company reported that its first drilling at Jake (seven holes, 3,418 m, completed in 2024) found a new copper-gold-silver porphyry system, with hole JK24-05 showing for example 215.86 m at 0.32% copper equivalent (0.23% Cu, 0.083 g/t Au). This resolves the open thread of waiting for the Jake assays. It also says it acquired 100% of additional claims around Jake (no price given in the text) and plans delineation drilling in 2025, Maestro first and Jake later. These are drill intersections only; no mineral resource is stated.
The company completed 3,418 metres of core drilling in seven holes at Jake, its first drilling there, and 1,400 core samples are at the lab. No assay results are given; the company is targeting early September for release. Holes JK24-01 to 05 tested for a concealed porphyry system and JK24-06 and 07 tested outboard epithermal mineralization.
The company closed a $3.255 million private placement of 9,300,000 shares at $0.35, much larger than its earlier raises of a few hundred thousand dollars. The Sutton Group Inc. took 6,000,000 shares and will become an insider, and Chairman Robert Dickinson took 3,300,000 flow-through shares. The company says it is funded to start drilling at Jake in mid-June 2024, its first drilling on that property, with proceeds also for Maestro exploration and working capital.
Assays from the two Maestro holes showed hole PR-23-02 intersected 102 metres grading 2.22 g/t gold and 104 g/t silver, which the company calls a new discovery at Prodigy. The other hole, PR-23-01, had much lower grades (348 m of 32 g/t silver equivalent). The company says the zone is open in several directions and at depth; no mineral resource is stated, and these are drill intersections only.
The company finished the planned Maestro drilling, completing 1,445 metres in two holes at the Prodigy target, 15 km north of Houston, BC. About 482 core samples have gone to the lab, with results expected likely early in the new year, so there are no grades yet. This delivers the drilling funded by the October 2023 placement.
The company said it completed the $277,000 private placement announced October 20, 2023, subject to final TSX Venture Exchange approval. The money is for about 1,000 metres of core drilling at Maestro near Houston, BC, in 2023; the shares carry a hold period to March 1, 2024. This closes the pending placement from the October 23 filing, though final exchange approval was still outstanding.
