GeoPetro announced that drilling (spudding) has begun on Seberaba #1, the first of four planned 2007 exploration wells in the Bengara-II Block. It is expected to take 75 to 90 days and cost over $6,000,000, so the April start planned earlier happened. The company's stake in the subsidiary running the well is 12%.
