EUR lodged a prospectus for 9,000,000 EUROC options offered to Evolution Capital (or nominees). The text shown is mostly legal boilerplate and does not state the exercise terms or the reason; Evolution Capital took shortfall shares in the earlier offer.
The replacement options offer closed with applications for 3,878,206 options (about 83% take-up). Directors will take the remaining 772,077 under their underwriting. This completes the small options offer opened 1 December.
Prospectus for the replacement options offer, now only up to 4,650,283 new options at A$0.002 (about A$9,300), exercisable at A$0.08 to 31 Dec 2026. Directors fully underwrite it. Far smaller than the original 200M+ options plan.
Only 4,650,283 EURO options went unexercised and expired on 14 November, so the underwriter takes that many shares at A$0.08 (about A$372,000). Nearly all other options were exercised, which is far fewer than the expected shortfall.

Prospectus offers options and shares to directors (44.66M EUROC options), CRML placement advisors (35M EURO options), a consultant (819,570 shares, 5M options), Odeon (5M) and Evolution (30M). These are not cash raisings; the text shows no proceeds. Formalises previously approved issues (inference).
The options offer closed with acceptances for 136,263,206 new options, out of up to 223,076,970 offered, so about 86.8M were a shortfall. The underwriters, who are the directors, have been notified of the shortfall. At A$0.002 each the raised amount is small.
