Blaze plans a 20-for-1 share consolidation, cutting shares on issue from 2,925,000,000 to 146,250,000, subject to shareholder approval expected 21 October 2026. Option exercise prices rise 20 times (BLZO to $0.20, BLZAB to $0.10). Trading of the new shares starts on a deferred basis on 29 October 2026.
June 2026 quarter: recaps the Krokodil Prospect work (soil anomaly, rock-chip XRF up to 4.17% Cu, 7 trenches totalling 443m, 89 channel samples sent to the lab). Lab results had not been reported in the text seen. Cash position not seen in the truncated text.
Trenching at Krokodil finished: 7 trenches, 443m, 89 channel samples sent to a South African lab, with results expected in 6-8 weeks. Spot XRF readings reached 8.59% Cu. Also states the initial 70% of B&J Geoconsultants has been acquired, with a further 20% on deferred consideration.
Trenching began at the Krokodil Prospect, with a minimum of 500m planned over 5 trenches using a 30-tonne excavator. Soil sampling continues elsewhere, with 2,761 samples collected so far. No new results.
The Dinokwe anomaly is named the Krokodil Prospect. Rock-chip handheld XRF readings reached 4.17% Cu and 5.52% Pb, with visible malachite and chalcopyrite. These are screening readings, not lab assays. Trenching is planned, with possible drilling afterwards.
Soil sampling at Dinokwe found a copper-in-soil anomaly about 1,000m long by 100m wide on PL046, with values up to 288ppm Cu, along a fault zone. Trenching is planned. Early-stage indicator only, not a drill result.
March 2026 quarter: Botswana acquisition of up to 90% of three projects agreed, field work started at Dinokwe, and a copper-in-soil anomaly (up to 288ppm Cu, 1000m x 100m) found after quarter end. Cash position not seen in the truncated text.
Soil sampling began at Dinokwe in Botswana, starting on licence PL046 with 50m spacing on lines 400m apart, with PL0349 and PL0350 to follow. First field work under the March Botswana acquisition. No results yet.
Half-year to 31 December 2025: loss of $1,805,050 versus $464,605 a year earlier. Restates the Ntungamo review and the Uganda interests; the Loulombo withdrawal falls in this period. Balance sheet and cash not seen in the truncated text.

Blaze signed a binding agreement to acquire up to a 90% interest in three Botswana exploration projects (Dinokwe, Kalahari, Molopo) in the copper belt region, after leaving Congo. Consideration terms are in Schedule 1, not seen in the text. Field work due to start the following week.
December 2025 quarter: Blaze confirmed the Loulombo withdrawal (80% of Congo Shining SARL returned) and began a strategic review of the Ntungamo gallium-rubidium discovery, which may include further exploration or seeking a joint venture partner. Project generation reviews ongoing; none advanced. Cash not seen in truncated text.
Blaze issued a withdrawal notice from Loulombo, returning its 80% of Congo Shining SARL with no further rights or obligations. The stated reason is that site security could not be guaranteed, impairing insurance. Focus shifts to Ntungamo in Uganda, ending the June 2025 Congo deal before any drilling.
Just after the RC rig reached Loulombo, partner Congo Shining SARL said Blaze had allegedly failed unspecified obligations and site security could not be guaranteed. The drilling contractor pulled its personnel out. Maiden drilling is halted and the dispute is unresolved.
September 2025 quarter: Loulombo approvals completed and the RC rig mobilised, with drilling due to start the following week. Reports the final Ntungamo assays and the completed $2.422M raising plus $100k director participation. Cash position not seen in the truncated text.
The Loulombo RC rig has reached Kinshasa, a short ferry from Brazzaville. It is expected in Brazzaville early next week and on site late next week. Another delay to the maiden RC drilling; no new results.
Re-release of the 14 October Loulombo update, adding a sample location map (new Figure 1) and a competent person statement. Results unchanged: e.g. 6m @ 238ppm Ga2O3 and 67ppm GeO2.
Re-assaying of earlier Loulombo samples found gallium and germanium, e.g. channel 6m @ 238ppm Ga2O3 and 67ppm GeO2. Meanwhile both diamond holes hit bit refusal in fresh rock at 27m and 24m. RC rig is near Luanda, Angola, with arrival expected the following week.
Annual General Meeting set for 24 November 2025, with director nominations closing 13 October 2025. Notice of meeting to follow. Administrative notice only.

Appendix 4G checklist accompanying the annual report, pointing to the corporate governance statement on the company website. Administrative filing with no substance beyond that.
Loulombo's diamond rig began drilling but progress is slow with poor core recovery (about 22m on the first hole). The South African RC rig is travelling by road, due in about two weeks. Diamond program may be stopped; it was only 500m versus 3,000m of RC planned.
Final Ntungamo assays for holes NT-DD-004 and 005 (northern pegmatite) are described as the highest-grade yet, e.g. 18m @ 24ppm Ga2O3 and 463ppm Rb2O from 307m. This completes the five-hole program and supports the gallium-rubidium discovery; next phase still to be decided.
Congo's environment ministry has approved drilling at Loulombo. Site works are under way and the drill contractors are mobilising this week. Maiden drilling at the Mimpala target is imminent. Issued options now include 400M unquoted at $0.005 expiring November 2027.
Loulombo's environmental impact assessment has been submitted and final approval is pending. Local rig BCBTP would drill immediately after approval, and a South African RC rig needs about three weeks to mobilise. Issued capital is now listed at 2,875,000,000 shares.
June 2025 quarter: recaps the Loulombo 80% acquisition (since completed), the Ntungamo gallium-rubidium assays from three of five holes, and the $2.422M raising commitments. Repeats known facts; drilling at Loulombo still planned for August 2025 subject to approval. Cash position not seen in the truncated text.
