11 June 2025drilling result▲ GoodMajor
First Ntungamo lab assays (holes 1-3) are reported as a new gallium and rubidium discovery, e.g. 23m @ 25ppm Ga2O3 and 476ppm Rb2O from 62m. Grades are low in absolute terms, and the text gives no resource estimate. Holes 4-5 still pending; next phase to be decided.
March 2025 quarter: five Ntungamo holes (1,548m) completed, with holes 1-3 at the lab and 4-5 awaiting export clearance. Mityana assays for all three holes returned no significant results, ending that drilling with a disappointing outcome.
Half-year to 31 December 2024: loss of $464,605 versus $2,250,618 a year earlier. Covers completion of the 60% Gecko Uganda acquisition and the Mityana drilling (587m). Directors' titles are listed with Walker as Managing Director and Coxhell as Technical Director. Balance sheet not seen in the truncated text.
Two more Ntungamo holes finished (NT-DD-002 at 228m, NT-DD-003 at 264m), with handheld XRF peaks of 3,014ppm Rb and 2,045ppm Nd. XRF is indicative only; lab assays pending. Rig has moved to the larger northern pegmatite for three more holes.
Blaze re-released its 4 March Ntungamo exploration update with extra commentary in the JORC assay-quality table and a corrected Figure 3 showing coordinates. Results are unchanged: hole NT-DD-001, 387m, peak 2471ppm Rb by indicative handheld XRF.
First Ntungamo hole NT-DD-001 finished at 387m. Handheld XRF, indicative only, showed peak 2471ppm rubidium (0.27% Rb2O) and elevated neodymium and praseodymium. Lab assays are pending, and five more holes of the six-hole program are still to be drilled.
December 2024 quarter: acquisition of 60% of Gecko Uganda completed, and three diamond holes (587m) finished at Mityana, with samples awaiting export permit for ALS analysis. Drilling started at Ntungamo in the week of 20 January 2025. The ~$1.25M raising was completed.
Blaze re-issued its 18 December presentation with added sample numbers and removed photographs, retracting any assertion of visually estimated mineralisation. Investors should not rely on the retracted information.

What it means for a shareholder
313m new shares at A$0.004 to raise about A$1.3m. That's 20% dilution: every existing holder's slice gets 20% smaller. If you held A$1,000 of shares (250,000 at the issue price), your slice goes from 0.0199% to 0.016% of the company. To keep it you'd need 62,500 more shares - about A$250 at the issue price.
Blaze completed the Gecko Uganda acquisition (60% interest) and began an ~800m, two-rig diamond drilling campaign at Mityana. This will be the first drilling of the pegmatite at depth. Drilling is meant to finish before Christmas, then move to Ntungamo.
September 2024 quarter: the priority options offer raised $137,500 before costs. After quarter-end Blaze agreed to buy 60% of the Uganda projects. A strategic review of Kirkalocka, which will recommend further work, is under way.
