13 June 2025business combination● NeutralMajor

Aether Global completed its acquisition of 1401068 B.C. Ltd., issuing 19,100,100 shares to its shareholders at a deemed $0.025 per share, as set out in the November 2024 agreement. This completes the deal first proposed in August 2024 and adds those new shares to the total. The company also corrected an earlier June 6, 2025 release: Xentera is still developing its long-range drone and has not finished it, so earlier statements describing what the drone can do now described expected abilities.

6 Nov 2024material agreement● NeutralMajor

Aether Global signed a securities exchange agreement dated November 6, 2024 to buy 1401068 BC Ltd. for 19,100,100 Aether shares at a deemed price of $0.025 per share, turning the August letter of intent into a definitive agreement. The private company is in the process of securing a right to acquire up to 12.5% of drone developer Xentera Technologies for US$300,000. Closing needs Canadian Securities Exchange approval, an equity offering with net proceeds of at least $500,000, and a final earn-in agreement with Xentera, so if it closes it would dilute existing shareholders.

27 Aug 2024material agreement● NeutralMajor

Aether Global signed a non-binding letter of intent to buy 1401068 BC Ltd., a private British Columbia company that invests in early-stage technology ventures, in an all-share deal. The private company intends to advance Aether a $50,000 secured working capital loan at market interest rates, which would be forgiven if the deal completes. Both the deal and the loan still need definitive documents and other customary conditions, so nothing is final.

6 May 2024debt financing▼ Bad

Aether Global took a $30,000 loan from an unnamed arm's-length lender under an agreement dated April 30, 2024. The loan carries 12% annual interest and is due June 30, 2024. The lender can convert the principal plus interest into shares at the lowest price the CSE allows, and the company will issue 50,000 bonus shares. If converted, this would dilute shareholders.
