18 June 2025capital raising announcement▲ GoodMajor
Turaco raises about A$60M at 44c per share, a 9.3% discount, with bids well above the size sought. Pro forma cash is over A$83M, and a Share Purchase Plan of up to A$4M at the same price is planned. Funds go to drilling and feasibility work.
Drilling at Toilesso, 2km north of Jonction, returned e.g. 25m @ 1.75g/t and 6m @ 4.24g/t, and Jonction extension holes hit 7m @ 7.08g/t. An IP survey is being expanded; the company says these support short-term growth of the 3.55Moz resource.
A resolution for an extra 10% share-issue capacity is withdrawn from the 16 May AGM, because the company's market capitalisation now exceeds $300M and it is ineligible. Other resolutions are unaffected.

Turaco retracts the '5-6Mtpa development' wording in its 3.55Moz resource release, because it could be read as a production target not disclosed in line with listing rules. A corrected version is attached; the resource figures are unchanged.
Afema resource rises over 40% to 3.55Moz (90.8Mt @ 1.2g/t) from 2.52Moz, including a maiden 820koz at Asupiri. A pre-feasibility study is to start, due H1 2026, and a further resource update is targeted by end of 2025.
Metallurgical testing at Afema shows overall gold extraction of 84-90% at Jonction, Anuiri and Asupiri and 87-95% at Woulo Woulo, up from 76-85% previously reported at Jonction. Clears the way for Asupiri's maiden resource in the imminent update.
March 2025 quarter: over 22,000m drilled across Afema with three rigs on double shift, plus an IP survey extended by 15km. Repeats the Baffia, Asupiri and Begnopan results and says the resource update is imminent. Cash figure not in the text provided.
Administrative update: the AGM is brought forward from 30 May to 16 May 2025. Director nominations closed on 8 April 2025 with no further nominations accepted.
32 shallow holes at Begnopan, between Jonction and Anuiri, returned e.g. 34m @ 3.44g/t from 65m, across 2.5km of strike. These results miss the cutoff for the imminent resource update but support later growth.
Annual corporate governance statement and Appendix 4G, current at 31 March 2025, describing board policies against ASX recommendations. Compliance document with no new operational or financial information.

28 holes at Asupiri, next to Anuiri, returned e.g. 9m @ 4.49g/t and 21m @ 2.15g/t, consistent with historical drilling. A maiden Asupiri resource will join the Afema update, now expected early in the June 2025 quarter, a slip from the March target.
Presentation for the RIU Fremantle Explorers Conference, titled '2.5Moz and Growing Rapidly'. Repeats known Afema information; the text provided shows no new results or figures.
December 2024 quarter: over 15,000m drilled, with Niamienlessa SW, Affienou and Baffia discoveries and high-grade Jonction results. Repeats the 2.52Moz resource; an updated estimate is targeted for late March or early June quarter. Cash figures are not in the text provided.

9 Dec 2024asset acquisition disposition▲ GoodMajor
Turaco secured exclusivity and a 12-month option over a 366km2 permit application next to Afema, lifting project area above 1,600km2. Exclusivity costs US$75,000 in shares; full acquisition would cost 2.25M shares plus a 2% royalty.
Turaco agreed with partner Sodim to lift its Afema interest from 51% to 80% for US$14.2M, half cash and half shares (~36.3M). This accelerates the earlier path to 70%. Sodim's royalty option falls to 1.5% from 2.0%. Share issue needs approval by 14 January 2025.
First-pass drilling at Niamienlessa SW, a new discovery within about 10km of the Afema deposits, hit 12m @ 6.72g/t from 18m and 27m @ 1.30g/t. These are the first 10 of 16 holes, so the pending results are partly answered; more holes await.
