On August 18, 2026 Silvercorp released the first drill results from the Main Zone of the Kyzyltash sulfide gold project in Kyrgyzstan, part of the 50,000-60,000 m program launched by its 70%-owned ZAAV (announced June 22, 2026). The headline hole DH26M687 hit a combined 212.5 m at 1.68 g/t gold and found two new parallel structures; other holes include 39.0 m at 4.79 g/t (with 6.0 m at 22.23 g/t) and 47.0 m at 3.95 g/t. The company says the zones remain open at depth and along 3,640 m of strike, and that since July drilling has shifted mostly to in-fill for a pre-feasibility study. These are drill intercepts, not new resource or reserve figures; the existing October 2025 resource (3.94 Moz measured and indicated, 1.58 Moz inferred) is unchanged. Contact Zone assays are still pending.
On June 29, 2026 Silvercorp announced it filed its Form 40-F annual report for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026 (including the annual information form, audited financial statements and MD&A), and the updated El Domo technical report by SRK effective December 31, 2025. The release contains no financial results, production figures or technical figures itself; those are in the attached documents.
Silvercorp filed an SRK technical report (dated May 31, 2026, effective December 31, 2025) on the El Domo/Curipamba project in Ecuador, which is under construction. The visible text is the cover and table of contents; it lists reserve, resource, capex and valuation sections, but the figures are cut off, so no new numbers can be stated.
Silvercorp filed an SRK technical report (dated April 20, 2026, effective December 31, 2025) on its Gaocheng (GC) silver-lead-zinc mine in Guangdong, China, updating the August 2024 SRK report. The visible text is the cover page and table of contents; the resource, reserve, mine-life and valuation figures are cut off, so no new numbers can be stated.
On June 24, 2026 Silvercorp filed an amended technical report on the Kyrgyz Tulkubash/Kyzyltash gold projects, replacing the version filed March 6, 2026. It only fixes a typo in two Kyzyltash resource tables, where silver grade was listed under gold grade and the silver figures were wrong. The company says resource estimates, conclusions and recommendations are unchanged and the effective date stays October 15, 2025.
This is the full AMC technical report on the Ying property (report dated June 12, 2026), which covers the seven Ying mines plus the start-up Kuanping (KP) project. Visible text says Silvercorp holds an effective 77.5% in SGX, HZG, TLP, LMW, DCG and KP and 80% in HPG and LME. Ying output was just over 1,000,000 tpa in FY2025, and 459,231 m was drilled since the last report. The reserve and resource tables are cut off in the text, so no new totals can be stated. The QPs call the sample database acceptable but say the QA/QC program is not comprehensive and KP's is insufficient (KP is 0.6% of measured and indicated tonnes). Note the report's effective date is stated as 18 May 2026, while the news release said resources were effective December 31, 2025.
On June 18, 2026 Silvercorp announced it filed the updated NI 43-101 technical report on the Ying mining district (AMC; reserves and resources effective December 31, 2025), following a June 12, 2026 release. It says there are no material differences from that release and gives no new figures in this filing. This updates the 2024 Ying report that the company's earlier plans were based on.
On May 22, 2026 Silvercorp declared its semi-annual dividend of US$0.0125 per share, for holders of record June 5, 2026, payable on or before June 25, 2026. The amount is unchanged from the previous dividends.
On May 20, 2026 Silvercorp said the Kyrgyz government issued a new mining licence extending the Tulkubash/Kyzyltash licence from June 25, 2032 to June 25, 2062, and that ZAAV has been converted into a joint venture (Silvercorp 70% and operator, Kyrgyzaltyn 30% free-carried). After the extension Silvercorp paid the US$60 million to the Kyrgyz government (the release says this was minus an offset bonus payment under Kyrgyz law); a further US$10 million is due after other milestones. The ZAAV board appointed a general manager and CFO nominated by Silvercorp and approved Phase 1 development of Tulkubash for 2026-2027. This resolves the licence-extension and JVC-conversion steps left open from the January deal; the Phase 1 timing is now stated as 2026-2027 (earlier 2026-2028).
On April 20, 2026 Silvercorp signed a 3-year syndicated term loan of RMB1.5 billion (about US$220 million), led by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong); banks committed RMB2 billion, twice the RMB1 billion target. Facility A (RMB425.5M) is floating at CNH HIBOR (1.60% at March 31, 2026) plus 1.92%; Facility B (RMB1,047.5M) is fixed at 3.67%. It is guaranteed and secured by certain accounts and shares of the company and some subsidiaries, with repayment in RMB from dividends received outside China from its China operations. This is new debt on top of the US$150M convertible notes, and the company says proceeds are for general corporate purposes and working capital, and that it supports growth in Kyrgyzstan and Ecuador.
On March 6, 2026 Silvercorp filed its own NI 43-101 technical report (dated February 26, 2026, effective October 15, 2025) on Tulkubash and Kyzyltash in Kyrgyzstan, the projects it acquired in January. It restates the resource figures from the January 20 release: Tulkubash 8.63 Mt measured and indicated at 1.67 g/t gold (462.2 koz), and Kyzyltash 50.31 Mt measured and indicated at 2.44 g/t gold (3,941.9 koz) plus 21.36 Mt inferred (1,576.8 koz). These are resources, not reserves, and were estimated by Silvercorp's own staff. No new figures appear in the visible text.
On February 3, 2026 Silvercorp filed the Condor technical report (dated November 30, 2025, signed January 30, 2026) with qualified-person certificates and consents, and incorporated it into its Form F-10 registration statement. The consents tie the report to the December 22, 2025 news release. This is mainly a paperwork filing for the Condor PEA already announced; the visible text gives no new figures.
On February 2, 2026 Silvercorp announced it filed the full technical report for the Condor gold project's preliminary economic assessment (SRK, effective November 30, 2025). It gives no new figures in this release. It formally files the study whose results were announced December 22, 2025.
On January 27, 2026 Silvercorp said it completed the purchase of Chaarat ZAAV CJSC after the Kyrgyz government waived its pre-emptive right and Silvercorp paid Chaarat US$92 million. ZAAV will be converted into a joint venture with Kyrgyzaltyn (Silvercorp 70% and operator, Kyrgyzaltyn 30% free-carried). The US$60 million payment to the NIA follows once the mining licence extension to June 25, 2062 is applied for and granted. This completes the first step of the January 20 deal; the NIA payment and licence extension remain open.
On January 20, 2026 Silvercorp agreed to buy a 70% interest in the Tulkubash/Kyzyltash gold projects in Kyrgyzstan for US$162 million cash: US$92 million to Chaarat Gold Holdings and US$70 million to Kyrgyz government agency NIA (US$60 million on a licence extension from 2032 to 2062, US$10 million on later milestones). Kyrgyzaltyn, owned by the Kyrgyz state, would hold a 30% free-carried interest, and the Kyrgyz government has already waived its pre-emptive right. Silvercorp also commits US$150 million to a Phase 1 open-pit heap-leach mine (2026-2028) and describes about US$400 million for a later Kyzyltash phase; it says it will pay from cash on hand. This is a new third country for the company, after China and Ecuador, and a large new spend alongside El Domo and Condor.
On December 22, 2025 Silvercorp released a preliminary economic assessment for an underground mine at Condor, delivering the study it targeted for end of 2025. At US$2,600/oz gold it shows an after-tax value of US$522 million (5% discount) and a 29% return, on initial capital of US$292 million, a 13-year mine life and about 1,375 koz of payable gold. At near-spot US$4,300/oz gold, value is US$1,559 million. It is preliminary, includes inferred resources too speculative to be called reserves, and there is no certainty it will be realised.
On November 7, 2025 Silvercorp declared its semi-annual dividend of US$0.0125 per share, for holders of record November 28, 2025, payable on or before December 12, 2025. The amount is unchanged from the prior dividends.
17 Sept 2025security holder rights change● Neutral
On September 17, 2025 Silvercorp renewed its share buyback, running September 19, 2025 to September 18, 2026, for up to 8,747,245 shares (about 4% of 218,681,127 shares outstanding at September 5, 2025). Under the prior program, 300,000 shares were bought at a weighted average of C$4.51 and cancelled, out of up to 8,670,700 allowed. The company says purchases are discretionary and the aim is flexibility if shares look undervalued.
On September 10, 2025 Silvercorp published its Fiscal 2025 Sustainability Report (year ended March 31, 2025). It cites US$1.3 million invested in local communities, a 44% fall in the lost-time incident rate to 0.52, a 17% cut in Scope 1 and 2 emissions from a 2020 baseline, and zero significant environmental incidents. Community spending is lower than the US$3.2 million cited a year earlier. No financial or asset changes are reported.
On August 5, 2025 Silvercorp said Ecuador's Constitutional Court unanimously rejected the last legal challenge to the El Domo environmental license; the clarification motion was rejected on July 24, 2025. This resolves the court appeal that was pending in the company's history. The company says anti-mining groups continue disruptive activities, which it says have not materially affected project progress to date.
On June 12, 2025 Silvercorp said it filed the full technical report (SRK, effective February 28, 2025) behind the Condor resource estimate announced May 12. It states there are no material differences from the May release, so no new figures are given. It also says Condor is not a material property of the company at this time and the estimate was filed voluntarily.
On May 26, 2025 Silvercorp declared its semi-annual dividend of US$0.0125 per share, for holders of record June 6, 2025, payable on or before June 26, 2025. The amount is the same as the November 2024 dividend.
On May 12, 2025 Silvercorp published its first updated resource estimate for Condor in Ecuador (SRK, effective February 28, 2025), for an underground operation. At a 2.2 g/t gold-equivalent cutoff, Camp and Los Cuyes have 3.17 Mt indicated (0.34 Moz gold) and 12.1 Mt inferred (1.38 Moz gold). It plans a 3,500 m, 10-hole drilling program starting May 2025 and a preliminary economic assessment by the end of 2025. This follows through on the December 2024 plan; these are resources, not reserves, with no demonstrated economic viability.
On December 18, 2024 Silvercorp reported more drill results from LMW, one of the seven Ying mines in Henan. Highlights include 34 g/t gold and 4.45% copper over 0.82 m (vein LM28) and 2,705 g/t silver over 18.02 m (vein W18W). From June 2023 to November 2024 it drilled 78,980 m in 678 holes at LMW, and a new vein LM41E2 and a new structure LM54_1 were found. This continues the LM28 and LM50 gold-copper vein work and the LMW drilling in the company's history.
On December 4, 2024 Silvercorp laid out a plan to develop its Condor gold project in Ecuador as a high-grade underground mine, rather than the open-pit design in a 2021 study by a previous operator. Planned steps include a new resource estimate, a new preliminary economic assessment, permitting and two exploration tunnels, then a feasibility study and a construction decision; no budget or dates are given beyond that. It cites past drill results such as 8.98 g/t gold over 16.7 m true width at Los Cuyes. Condor came with the Adventus deal and was previously described as exploration-stage only.
25 Nov 2024capital raising announcement● NeutralMajor
On November 25, 2024 Silvercorp closed its convertible notes offering at US$150 million (4.75%, due 2029), because the buyers used the full extra US$20 million option on top of the US$130 million priced earlier. This completes the financing; the proceeds are intended for copper-gold mine construction outside China, other project development and working capital. If the notes convert into shares, existing holders would be diluted (inference).
On November 19, 2024 Silvercorp announced it had started a private offering of US$130 million of convertible senior notes due 2029, with an option for buyers to take up to US$20 million more. The notes are unsecured, can be settled in cash, shares or both on conversion, and the proceeds are meant for building copper-gold mines outside China, developing other projects and working capital. Interest rate and conversion price were not yet set in this filing; they were priced on November 21 (per the earlier summary).
On November 21, 2024 Silvercorp priced a US$130 million private offering of 4.75% convertible senior notes due December 15, 2029, with an option for initial purchasers to buy US$20 million more. They are unsecured and convert at about US$4.63 per share (a roughly 30% premium to the US$3.56 close on November 20); Silvercorp can settle conversions in cash, shares or both. Net proceeds of about US$124.2 million are meant for building copper-gold mines outside China, other project development and working capital. This is Silvercorp's first debt of this kind in these filings, and conversion could dilute shareholders. It follows the Adventus acquisition and El Domo construction start (the El Domo link is an inference).
Silvercorp declared its semi-annual dividend of US$0.0125 per share on November 11, 2024, for holders of record November 29, with payment on or before December 13, 2024. The amount is unchanged from the May 2024 dividend.
On October 8, 2024 Silvercorp said the Yuelianggou Mining License covering the SGX and HZG mines in the Ying district has been renewed to September 24, 2035, with capacity raised to 500,000 tonnes per year. The renewal is based on the Henan government website; the paper certificate is still to be issued, subject to a final assessment of historical government investment that may result in certain payments. This secures permit life for SGX, the largest Ying mine by resource.
