Gas Development, with partners MFC Drilling and ABARTA, agreed to sell its Warrior South assets in Noble, Guernsey and Belmont Counties, Ohio to Antero Resources for $50M total, about $30M net to Rex. The sale covers 14 gross wells producing 15 Mmcfe/d (9 net to Rex) and about 6,200 gross acres (4,100 net), which Rex calls non-core.
