Plyzer's auditor, Heaton & Company PLLC, told the company on December 18, 2019 that it was resigning; the company engaged M & K CPAS, PLLC on January 7, 2020 to audit the year ending March 31, 2020. Heaton's reports for fiscal years ended March 31, 2019 and 2018 had no adverse opinion or disclaimer and were not qualified as to uncertainty, audit scope or accounting principles, and the filing reports no disagreements with Heaton. The filing gives no reason for the resignation.
Plyzer announced that Adamed Laboratorios, a Madrid-based pharmaceutical company, subscribes to its Intelligence platform and uses it to monitor its over-the-counter products on more than 360 online sales channels in Spain. This is a customer announcement filed under a listing-notice item; the filing gives no revenue or contract value.

Plyzer issued a second unsecured convertible note, $56,000 to EMA Financial LLC on January 24, 2018, at 10% and due January 24, 2019. It has the same conversion terms as the June 2017 note, continuing the financing from the same lender.
Now named Plyzer Technologies, the company issued a $39,500 unsecured convertible note to EMA Financial LLC on June 8, 2017, paying 10% and due June 8, 2018. It converts into shares at the lower of a reference closing price and 60% of a recent low trading price, so more shares could be issued if the stock is low (inference).
ZD Ventures signed a development and consulting agreement with Lupama Producciones, which will manage Plyzer, a Delaware wholly owned subsidiary building an AI price-comparison web portal. This is the company's new business after the failed Bluesence deal, though the filing does not link them.

About a month after announcing the Bluesence acquisition closed, ZD Ventures said the deal was terminated because of disagreements over certain terms.
