On January 6, 2011, Patriot amended the May 2010 Bank of America credit agreement. The amendment permits the disposition of certain notes payable to the company, changes the interest rates, and loosens the financial covenants for 2010 and 2011. The maximum leverage ratio is 3.50 at Dec 31, 2010, 4.00 at Mar 31 and Jun 30, 2011 and 3.25 at Sep 30, 2011 (reduced by 0.25 if the notes disposition has occurred), returning to 3.00 from Dec 31, 2011. The minimum interest coverage ratio is 2.25 at Dec 2010, 2.00 at Mar 2011, 1.75 at Jun 2011, 2.50 at Sep 2011 and 3.00 from Dec 2011.
