A drilling contractor is appointed for Wallah's Phase 1: two holes, about 300m, testing beneath the historic Walla Walla mine, starting first week of September for 10-12 days. Assays are expected early Q4 2026. This follows the 30 June acquisition and August geophysics reprocessing.
Second batch of assays from 13 Phase 2 holes at Lammerlaw's Bella Prospect confirms widespread gold mineralisation; LAMRC015 (26m @ 1.66g/t Au) remains the standout. Bella is open west and south, with Phase 3 drilling planned Q3 2026 and final assays due September. No resource.
Reprocessing of 2009 IP lines at Wallah's historic Walla Walla mine defines drill targets along strike and at depth, within a 1,500m magnetic quiet zone. Drilling targeted for Q3 2026; no new drilling results.
Field work has started at Wallah: mapping and infill soil sampling, drill-site permit applications lodged in June, and drilling contractors being evaluated. Phase 2 drilling is planned for late Q3 2026; no results yet.

Acquisition of Wallah Silver Project (NSW) completed after conditions were met, including licence renewal. Paid A$100,000 plus 57,142,857 shares at A$0.0035; a further A$200,000 and 57.1m shares are payable on milestones. Seller keeps a 1% NSR, with A$3m buyback.
Lammerlaw hole LAMRC015 at Bella returned 24m @ 1.66g/t Au from 54m, which the company calls a new shear-hosted discovery. It lies 92m west of LAMRC013 (6m @ 0.65g/t); 14 more Bella holes await assays in Q3. No resource.
Lammerlaw Phase 2 drilling is complete: 1,053.7m (907m RC, 146.7m diamond), bringing total Lammerlaw drilling to 1,511.7m. Sulphides and quartz veining logged near LAM RC13; all samples submitted, assays due Q2-Q3 2026.
Lammerlaw Phase 2 drilling resumed after the pause, with 786.8m done by 24 May. Two diamond holes hit the targeted shear zone near LAM RC13 with visible sulphides and quartz veining; visual only, assays pending in Q2 2026.
Share registry moves from MUFG Corporate Markets to Xcend from 30 March 2026. Administrative only; shareholders can register on Xcend's investor portal.
Phase 2 RC drilling (1,000-1,200m) has started at Lammerlaw, NZ, following the 5-hole, 458m maiden program. It will test extensions near LamRC013 (6m @ 0.65g/t Au) and the untested Fultons-Bella trend. No resource defined.
Final assays from the 40-hole Wagyu program include 4m @ 11.0g/t from 120m in 25WR058 and 10m @ 1.12g/t at Target 10. Mineralisation is open eastward and below 100m. Confirms the Hemi-style interpretation; no resource yet.
Half-year to 31 December 2025 shows a loss of $649,735 against $750,692 a year earlier. Subsequent events: Wallah silver deal at $100,000 plus 57.1m shares, and Johnson's 50m performance rights. Wellisch's 90m rights are to be accelerated, subject to approval.
2 Mar 2026director officer appointment● NeutralMajor
Geologist Kirby Johnson, 35+ years including BHP, becomes CEO, and Executive Director Joshua Wellisch resigns. NAE also agrees to buy the Wallah Silver Project in NSW, a historic silver-lead mine area, adding a new silver thread beyond Wagyu and New Zealand.
ASX queried the share price rise from 0.3c to a high of 0.45c with higher volume on 18 February. NAE said it knew of no undisclosed information and no other explanation, and confirmed it complies with the listing rules.
First assays from the 4,034m Wagyu program, 24 of 40 holes, include 18m @ 1.47g/t from 48m and 16m @ 0.82g/t. Company reads this as a Hemi-style intrusion-related system. Resplits of 2025 samples lifted some intercepts, including 1m @ 7.8g/t. Scale unproven; 16 holes pending.
The 1.2c options expiring 21 December 2026 now trade as a new quoted class, NAEO, with 1,606.5m options on issue. The top 20 holders hold 41.55%. Administrative listing filing.

The Wagyu follow-up RC program finished: 40 holes for 4,034m, sent to Intertek in Perth with assays due February-March 2026. Visual signs of quartz veining and sulphides at Target 10 are not grades; assays still decide.
RC drilling at Wagyu restarted in early January after the Christmas break, with 24 holes (2,388m) done before the pause of the ~4,000m program. Assays are due progressively through Q1 2026; no results yet.
20 holes for 1,896m are drilled in the Wagyu follow-up program, with the rig now at Target 6. Similar lithologies and alteration to the first program are seen, some at depth. Assays are due January to March 2026; no results yet.
An RC rig reached Wagyu and was to start the ~4,000m follow-up program on 20 November 2025. It targets extensions at Targets 1, 6 and 10 and a new Target 11 zone. Follows the May 2025 maiden program that returned 8m @ 5.0g/t.
NAE signed a drilling contract for up to 4,000m of RC at Wagyu, with mobilisation planned for the week of 17 November 2025. The contractor's equity participation is still subject to final terms and any approvals.

NAE raised A$3.75m via placement at 0.25c per share, a 16.7% discount, to fund up to 4,000m of Wagyu RC drilling and Lammerlaw follow-up. Tranche 2 of 897.9m shares and the 1-for-3 1.2c options need shareholder approval. Euroz Hartleys led.
What it means for a shareholder
898m new shares at about A$0.0042 to raise about A$3.8m. That's 39% dilution: every existing holder's slice gets 39% smaller. If you held A$1,000 of shares (239,440 at the issue price), your slice goes from 0.0168% to 0.0103% of the company. To keep it you'd need 150,513 more shares - about A$629 at the issue price.
