Beadell's own announcement of the Lake Mackay farm-in with Meteoric, repeating the terms already released: 51% for $400,000 in three years, up to 70% with a further $400,000. It adds that Beadell won an $86,000 WA government drilling subsidy.
Agreement in principle with Cazaly's subsidiary Sammy Resources on four licences near Webb with copper-gold (IOCG) targets. Meteoric can earn 70% by drilling 1,000m within three years, or 90% by issuing $300,000 of shares. Subject to native title holder consent.
Company secretary Robert Lewis resigned and Rudolf Tieleman was reappointed to the role, with the company noting his involvement since its inception. Administrative change.
A land access agreement is signed with Kiwirrkura elders for the Webb gold target, paving the way for licence E80/4234. Heritage survey is planned for mid-June, with fieldwork expected from August. A further 75sq km licence is applied for.
March quarter report: agreement in principle with traditional owners for access to Webb, and a heritage agreement signed at Robinson Range. Emmerson will sole-fund Barkly, diluting Meteoric from 70%; about $950,000 spending takes it to 30%. Meteoric seeks to farm out other projects to focus on Webb and Robinson Range.
Administrative notice that the 6,618,182 shares at $0.055 (net $364,000) announced on 6 April are being issued, with the usual secondary-sales disclosure statement. No new information.
What it means for a shareholder
6.6m new shares at $0.055 to raise about $364,000. Shares on issue before the raise aren't in the record, so the dilution can't be worked out.
Meteoric placed 6,618,182 shares at $0.055 to raise $364,000, lifting cash and liquid investments to just over $1m. Funds are mainly for Webb gold and Robinson Range iron exploration. Fully paid shares on issue rise to 50,815,290.

Meteoric confirms priority right of application over a 10km x 8km gold anomaly at Webb in the West Arunta, WA, the largest in a 6,500sq km government survey. It applied for three licences (760sq km). Unexplored, and access negotiations are still under way.
Half-year to 31 December 2008 shows a net loss of $225,254, against a $77,296 profit a year earlier. The directors' report repeats the Robinson Range, Barkly (70%) and Ruby Well termination updates already reported.
September quarter report: cash is $0.8m (down from $1.7m a year earlier). Meteoric is seeking to farm out or sell the 61,600oz Wilthorpe project and farm out Warrego North and Scorpion Well, whose survey was deferred. Barkly has reached 70% earn-in.
Annual report to 30 June 2008 calls 2008 'frustrating', with Robinson Range access delayed by native title issues. Meteoric holds 30% of the Image joint venture projects. The 61,600oz Harrods resource and the Scorpion Well nickel channel concept are repeated.

Meteoric has reached the 30% earn-in on the Image joint venture (Scorpion Well, Mt Remarkable, Top Well) and elects to go to 51% by spending a further $200,000 by late 2010. Robinson Range suffered a setback as the Jidi Jidi Aboriginal Corporation rejected the amended heritage agreement.
Meteoric points to nickel potential at Top Well, 25km from the Mt Alexander discovery, and plans ground magnetic and electromagnetic surveys. It is close to the $300,000 first earn-in (30%) of the Image joint venture. No new drilling result.
Half-year to 31 December 2007 shows a profit of $77,296, against a $717,991 loss a year earlier. The directors' report repeats Robinson Range, Scorpion Well and Harrods drilling already announced.
Meteoric flags iron ore potential at its 100%-owned Robinson Range project, based on old Geological Survey sampling up to 62.5% Fe over 13km of iron formations. No access yet because of a heritage agreement dispute; no drilling done.
First Harrods South resource: 545,000t at 1.5g/t gold (27,000oz, all Inferred). Combined with Harrods Central, the Harrods total rises to 61,600oz. Cash is $1.7m after an investment sale; economics are being assessed given the improving gold price.
Rutherfords Find assays are weak: best 2m at 3.32g/t, and the company says grades are unlikely to be economic at current gold prices. Deeper Harrods Central holes confirm mineralisation to 150m but missed the earlier 20g/t+ high grades. Scorpion Well shows nickel-copper hints.
Annual report to 30 June 2007 repeats the Harrods Central resource (712,000t at 1.5g/t, over 34,000oz) and the Image joint venture. It notes poor open-pit returns at current gold prices, and that deeper drilling and Harrods South modelling are in progress.
Three Rutherfords Find holes (624m) hit quartz veins and silica alteration 150m to 170m deep, 50m to 100m below earlier intercepts, with the thickest 14m of alteration. These are geological descriptions only; gold assays are still awaited.
Drilling has started at Rutherfords Find, Bullfinch: three holes, 500m, below the earlier 4m at 10.5g/t. The rig then moves to Harrods Central deeper targets, and a 3,500m aircore programme at Scorpion Well starts within a week.
June quarter report says preliminary open pit studies show a poor economic return for Harrods Central at current gold prices and costs, so deeper higher-grade drilling is planned for late August/September. Scorpion Well drilling was deferred to mid August for rig availability.
First resource estimate for Harrods Central: 712,000 tonnes at 1.5g/t gold, over 34,000oz (452,000t Indicated, 260,000t Inferred). Deeper high-grade targets starting about 120m down will be drilled when a rig is available. Open pit optimisation studies are being prepared.
Half-year accounts to 31 December 2006 show a loss of $717,991, down from $954,590 a year earlier. The directors' report repeats the Harrods Central drilling, Barkly results and the Image joint venture already announced.
The 52-hole, 3,280m RC programme at Harrods Central is finished, with best results of 2m at 11.7g/t and 2m at 9.4g/t, confined to about 50m depth. Mineralisation is open to the east and south. Consultants will model a near-surface resource by end February 2007.
Meteoric can earn up to 70% of three Image Resources gold projects (Scorpion Well, Top Well, Mt Remarkable) by spending $700,000 over six years. The first 30% needs $300,000 within two years, with a $150,000 minimum before withdrawal.
Image Resources' side of the same deal: it farms out the three gold projects (244 sq km) to Meteoric to focus on mineral sands. Same terms as Meteoric's release, up to 70% for $700,000 within six years. Nothing new.
2006 annual report: about 50,000m drilled in the year, mostly at Wilthorpe, with Meteoric holding 90% there. It repeats results already announced. Issued capital is 43,781,701 fully paid shares and 15,516,934 partly paid shares.
A 3,000m RAB programme starts this week at Bluebird in the Barkly joint venture near Tennant Creek, following an earlier hit of 8m at 1.0% copper. Meteoric has earned 51% and can reach 70% by spending $200,000 by November 2009.
The close-spaced 54-hole RC programme at Harrods Central is finished, with best results of 7m at 13.4g/t and 10m at 7.1g/t. Mineralisation shapes can now be interpreted with some confidence; the two panels are under 20% of the area, and a major drill-out is likely in the September quarter.
