Further loam sampling at Webb found 8 more microdiamonds, taking the total to 19, with 12 clustered in the north. 27 untested kimberlite targets lie in that cluster; drilling is anticipated in the first half of 2016. Follows the earlier microdiamond-free drilling.
Revised version of the 30 September governance checklist, dated 6 October 2015, again pointing to the company website for the governance statement. Administrative re-lodgement with no new substance.

Annual report for the year to 30 June 2015 restates Webb (51 kimberlites, 11 microdiamonds, Meteoric diluting to 25%) and the farm-out of Barkly and sale of Wilthorpe. Lists 9 million new options at $0.012 expiring 2020. Financial figures not visible in text.
Standard corporate governance checklist lodged with the annual report for the year to 30 June 2015, pointing to the company website. Administrative filing with no operational or financial news.
Shareholder notice and call form for the $0.20 call on partly paid shares, seeking up to $5.5 million by 14 October 2015. Fully paid shares last traded at $0.008. Directors do not intend to pay the call on their own holdings. Unpaid shares may be forfeited.
Meteoric will make a first and final call of $0.20 per partly paid share (MEICA), to raise about $5.5 million before costs. Payment is due 14 October 2015. Shares are then to convert to fully paid.
Administrative notice that the 14 million placement shares announced 29 April have now been issued. No new information; the company states it has no undisclosed excluded information.

Blaze says it earned a further 20% of the Barkly joint venture by spending $350,000, lifting it to 70%. It will now sole-fund spending until a bankable feasibility study to earn a final 10%, reaching 80%. Meteoric's share falls accordingly.
Meteoric placed 14 million shares at $0.008 to raise $112,000, with a further 30 million shares at $0.008 ($240,000) subject to shareholder approval. Funds go to existing projects, new opportunities and working capital. CPS Capital manages the raising.
What it means for a shareholder
14.0m new shares at $0.008 to raise about $112,000. Shares on issue before the raise aren't in the record, so the dilution can't be worked out.
A third cluster of kimberlites with indicator minerals from the diamond stability field is confirmed in the north, in an E-W belt over 10km long. It overlaps the most coherent surface microdiamond anomaly, making it a priority for further sampling and drilling.
Replacement of the 26 March Webb update, with a corrected Appendix 1 on the 2014 drilling. Main text appears essentially unchanged (one lab location differs: Melbourne rather than Perth). No new results.
Webb drilling now totals 51 kimberlites from 63 targets, under 20% of the field's targets. No microdiamonds were found in drill samples, but some indicator minerals point to deep, diamond-zone sources in two clusters. Copper sulphides noted at KJ171.
Half-year loss to 31 December 2014 was $351,195 (prior year $383,699). The 2014 Webb programme drilled 48 holes (6,056m); 40 were kimberlite, giving 50 confirmed. GeoCrystal earned 70% of Meteoric's Webb interest, leaving Meteoric 30%. Cash is not visible in the text provided.
Blaze's final Bluebird phase II results: BBDD0004 hit 16m at 3.02% copper from 139m, including 4m at 6.49%. Phase II is complete. Broken ground forced two holes to be abandoned, so the high-grade gold zone is not fully tested. Blaze says this enhances resource potential.
Bulletin Resources announces a terms sheet to earn 70% of Meteoric's Warrego North project by spending $750,000 within two years, with Meteoric free-carried. Bulletin has no minimum spend and can walk away. This is the counterparty's version of the deal.
Meteoric confirms the Warrego North farm-in with Bulletin Resources: Bulletin can earn 70% by spending $750,000 within two years, initially drilling the Parakeet copper-gold target. Drilling is expected within a month. Follows earlier talk of seeking a partner for Parakeet.
Blaze's Bluebird phase II RC results include BBRC0012: 31m at 2.48% copper from 116m, and BBRC0010: 11m at 0.98 g/t gold. A new footwall zone was identified, and five holes await diamond completion. Mineralisation remains open. Meteoric holds the underlying Barkly project.
Meteoric re-lodges Blaze's 28 October Bluebird release (BBRC0012: 31m at 2.48% copper), adding that directors are very encouraged. Duplicates the previous item; no new results.
Meteoric relays Blaze's update: Bluebird phase II RC drilling is finished (8 holes, 1,354m) with 336 samples at the lab. Diamond drilling is progressing slowly after a three-week engine failure, with completion due late October. Blaze can still earn up to 80%.
Seven more microdiamonds found in 73 Webb loam samples, bringing the total to 11. Six form a cluster in the north, and the drill rig has moved there. 41 targets drilled so far (over 5,000m). The company says the significance is open to interpretation.
Chair Michael Robson and director Peter Thomas (a founding director since the 2004 listing) resigned. Neville Bassett becomes Non-Executive Chairman. The board shrinks from five to three directors. Text gives no reason for Thomas's departure; Robson cites focus on his legal practice.
Meteoric agreed a conditional sale of its 90% Wilthorpe interest to Resourceful Mining Group for $405,000. Payment is due only after tenement E52/2067 converts to a mining licence. Follows earlier talk of seeking a buyer for the project.
Blaze has started follow-up drilling at Bluebird: up to 12 holes for 2,100m, half RC and half diamond. The aim is an initial JORC 2012 resource estimate. Continues the Bluebird thread after BBDD-2's high-grade gold.
Blaze has identified at least nine high-priority Barkly targets with matching magnetic and gravity anomalies. Meteoric confirms Blaze has now earned 50% (over $250,000 spent) and can still earn up to 80%. Targets need more work before drilling.
Annual report for year to 30 June 2014 restates the Webb discovery (10 kimberlites, 280 targets), Barkly farm-out to Blaze and the Warrego North target. Share capital unchanged at 113.25m fully paid. No new developments in the text provided; financial figures not visible.
Heritage clearance of about 160 more Webb targets (plus 30 earlier) clears the way for 5,000-6,000m of RC drilling this month, testing up to 67 targets. Loam sample results due end of August may alter the plan.
Blaze's Bluebird diamond hole BBDD-2 hit 20m at 8.17 g/t gold, 0.61% copper from 157m, including 1m at 62.3 g/t gold. It sits about 85m below the earlier BBRC-5 copper hit, with mineralisation open. Blaze can still earn up to 80% of Barkly.
Re-lodgement of the 16 July Webb release with the JORC Table 1 disclosures ASX required added. No new results. The cover letter says it is not the announcement behind the trading halt granted the day before.
