1 Oct 2018annual report● Neutral
Annual report for the year to 30 June 2018. The visible text describes the seven-project Ontario cobalt portfolio and the Chairman's letter, with Mulligan drilling begun in July. Financial statements are truncated. The registered office is now 99 St Georges Terrace, Perth, with Matthew Foy as company secretary.
Appendix 4G for the year to 30 June 2018, pointing to the corporate governance statement on the company website. Compliance filing with no new business information. Matthew Foy is named as the authorising secretary.
Mulligan maiden drilling, 11 holes for 970m, hit the targeted structures but found no major cobalt mineralisation. The company says the system lacks the scale and grade for modern mining and moves focus away from Mulligan to its other projects. It also flags unspecified, incomplete talks on further assets.
Airborne VTEM surveys have begun over Beauchamp, then Mulligan East and Iron Mask, 714 line-km in total, with completion expected within two weeks. This follows the 8 August contract announcement; results will be modelled in 3D to pick drill targets.
The maiden Mulligan program finished with 11 holes for 970m, fewer than the 16 holes and 1,570m planned. The text says it finished ahead of schedule and many holes hit the targeted faults and veins. Assays are due late September.
Meteoric contracts Geotech Limited for a 714 line-km airborne VTEM survey over its three largest cobalt projects: Iron Mask, Mulligan East and Beauchamp, covering over 60 km2. Anomalies will be modelled in 3D to guide drilling. Cost is not stated.
The drill rig has reached Mulligan and maiden drilling starts immediately: 16 holes, 1,570m, targeting seven geophysical anomalies and historic workings. The company expects two to three weeks of drilling, with assays to follow. Historic results are repeated.
Link to a Proactive Investors video interview with Managing Director Andrew Tunks about the start of drilling. The text carries no new results or figures.
Share registry moves from Security Transfer Australia to Automic Registry Services from 9 July 2018. Administrative notice only, with new contact details; no business or financial substance.
Meteoric finalises a 16-hole, 1,570m maiden diamond drill program at its 100%-owned Mulligan cobalt project to test seven chargeable geophysical anomalies. Drilling contract award and site mobilisation are expected in the coming weeks, following the June survey.
The completed Mulligan IP, resistivity and magnetics survey (8.1 line km) identified multiple targets for cobalt-rich veins. The company says results exceeded expectations. Geologists are ground-truthing, with maiden drilling still on track for July 2018.
June 2018 investor presentation on the cobalt portfolio, repeating known project details: Mulligan's 8-tonne bulk sample at 10% cobalt and maiden drilling from July 2018. No new results are evident in the visible text.
Field assessment is complete and geophysics is scheduled across all seven cobalt projects. Mulligan's ground survey is finished and 3D interpretation has begun. Maiden Mulligan drilling is on schedule for July 2018, with the drill tender under way. Burt geophysics and drilling are set for August.

Meteoric signs a binding agreement to buy 100% of Joyce River, 4.6 km2 in north-western Ontario, a copper-cobalt-gold sulphide style new to its portfolio. Rock chips reached 0.3% cobalt, 11% copper and 8.1 g/t gold. Untested airborne EM anomalies are included.

Meteoric signs a binding agreement to acquire 100% of the Lorrain Cobalt Project, 4.9 km2 about 9km from the town of Cobalt, with historical cobalt-silver workings. Mapping and rock chip sampling start this week. Price terms are not in the text provided.
Updated re-release of the Lorrain Cobalt Project acquisition announcement. The visible text is identical to the original; any change is in the truncated portion. No new business information is apparent.

Meteoric staked the Beauchamp Cobalt Project, 160 claim cells covering 33.5 km2, 40km north-north-west of the Cobalt Camp in Ontario, held 100%. The Cross-Lake Fault runs through it. Geophysics is to start immediately; no cost is stated.
Geophysics starts 1 May at Mulligan: a 25m-spaced IP survey plus magnetics and resistivity, run by CXS. Results are meant to produce drill targets for diamond drilling in Q3 2018. Cobalt manager Tony Cormack is on site.
Graeme Clatworthy resigns as a director. He had been on the board since November 2012 and had moved to non-executive in January 2018. The board is now Burke, Tunks and Ramnath, as an inference from earlier appointments.
Roadshow presentation repeating the cobalt and Midrim story. It lists 568.7m shares, 50.5m options, cash of $4.9m at 31 December 2017, and a $21.04m market cap at 3.7c.
Field work starts on the Ontario cobalt properties, now five 100% projects. Line-cutting and IP, magnetics and resistivity surveys begin at Mulligan, which is to be the first drilling target once geophysics is done. The program is described as fully funded.
Updated version of the Gillies acquisition announcement, now naming the vendor as Mr Alan Kon. Other terms appear unchanged: CAD$50,000 plus CAD$50,000 in shares on completion and a 2% royalty.

Meteoric agrees conditionally to buy 100% of the Gillies Cobalt Project, 11 claim blocks in Ontario's Cobalt Camp, with vendor rock chips up to 1.6% cobalt. Pays CAD$50,000 plus CAD$50,000 in shares on completion, a 2% royalty, and later instalments.
Half-year to 31 December 2017 shows a loss of $5,498,696, against $174,095 a year earlier. Of that, $4,532,200 was exploration and tenement acquisition expense, mostly Canadian tenements and databases, including $960,000 of non-cash share-based payments.
Meteoric sets a 2018 cobalt strategy across four 100% Ontario projects. Geophysics at Mulligan is planned for April/May with drilling from July, and Iron Mask drilling from September. Burt and Mulligan East are earlier-stage targets.
Preliminary metallurgical tests on the old 2000-01 Midrim core recovered up to 95% of copper and 80% of nickel in 10 minutes of flotation. Detailed testing on the fresh 2017 core, including PGEs, is next.
