Enerplus raised its estimate of economic contingent resources at Fort Berthold (Bakken/Three Forks) by 250%, from 39 MMBOE at Dec 31, 2013 to 136 MMBOE at June 1, 2014, audited by McDaniel. It now sees about 330 future net drilling locations, up from 145, and says completion changes over 12 months improved capital efficiency by 50%. Contingent resources are not reserves, and the company says it is too early to classify them as reserves; it follows the Fort Berthold production beat reported in October 2013.
