Transocean subsidiary Transocean Proteus Limited closed a $625 million offering of 6.25% senior secured notes due 2024, guaranteed by Transocean Ltd., Transocean Inc. and Triton Capital I GmbH and secured by a lien on the Deepwater Proteus.
