Notice to holders that 114.76m listed $0.03 options expire 31 October 2019, with quotation ending 25 October. Shares closed at $0.015 on 1 October, below the $0.03 exercise price, so exercising would currently cost more than buying shares on market.
DFS update: engineering and technical work are complete and cost estimation is in its final stages. The company is awaiting updated graphite price data. Results are now expected this quarter (to December), after earlier targets of June and then September.
2019 annual report (year to 30 June) with the chairman's letter on Siviour's advantages and the year's progress. The excerpt shows no new figures; the chairman calls the year challenging for ASX-listed graphite companies.
Appendix 4G and 2019 Corporate Governance Statement lodged alongside the annual report. Administrative compliance filing with no new information on the project or finances.
Caustic-roasting tests produced battery-grade spherical graphite from Siviour concentrate, confirming the spherical PFS design assumptions and suggesting possible cost savings. Samples go to potential offtake partners. DFS results are now expected next month.
June quarter cash statement: operating cash outflow $1.25m, no financing inflows, leaving cash at $2.88m (from $4.12m). Next quarter's estimated outflows are about $1.49m. No debt.
June quarter report: DFS, now based on the Optimised Development Plan, has slipped to September 2019 as front-end engineering starts. Cash was about $2.9m at 30 June, down from $4.1m. Other points repeat known Mineral Lease, Atradius and resource news.
June 2019 presentation repeating known Siviour facts, including the April resource upgrade and May development plan. Shows 1,153m shares, $4.1m cash at 31 March, no debt, and a $25.4m market cap at $0.022. No new results.
Siviour resource upgraded to 87.4Mt at 7.5% TGC (6.6Mt contained graphite), including a first Measured resource of 15.8Mt at 8.8% TGC. 64% is now Measured or Indicated. This follows the late-2018 infill drilling; DFS results are expected near end of June quarter.
March quarter report recaps the Siviour Mineral Lease grant, the Atradius letter of interest (up to ~60% of initial capex) and the spherical PFS. Cash fell to about $4.1m at 31 March from $5.2m at 31 December. No new results.
Additional disclosure for the 9 April presentation, adding JORC references, a resource and reserve table and data sources. No new information; the company says nothing in the original was materially misstated.
Dutch export credit agency Atradius issued a non-binding Letter of Interest for cover on up to about 60% of Siviour's initial capex. This is a first step: further due diligence and committee approval are needed, and no loan is committed.
Adelaide conference presentation repeating known Siviour figures and noting the Mineral Lease grant. Shows 1,153m shares, $5.2m cash at 31 December, no debt and a $20.8m market cap at $0.018. No new results.
South Australia's minister granted the Siviour Mineral Lease, resolving the application lodged in August 2018. A mining program (PEPR) must still be approved before mining, and is to be submitted later this year. DFS is due towards end of June quarter.
Renascor received and accepted proposed terms for the Siviour Mineral Lease from the South Australian energy and mining department. The terms match its August 2018 application. Ministerial approval is expected this month.
Half-year accounts to 31 December 2018 show a loss of $812k, versus $2.74m a year earlier, which included a $2.29m exploration write-down. No impairment this half. Cash was $5.2m per the quarterly report.
