Drilling restarts at the 100%-owned Olary Project, at Heinrichs: up to four reverse circulation holes, up to 500 m, testing oxide gold and magnetic copper targets. Follows the December 2011 holes (4 m at 0.35 g/t Au). Assays expected mid-December.
Managing Director's presentation to the SA Chamber of Mines repeating known facts: Gairdner assays pending, cash about $4.5m at 30 September, share price $0.050 on 14 November (market cap $5.7m). Company says it trades near cash backing.
Addendum to the 2012 annual report, following an ASX query, disclosing the company has no formal diversity policy and does not comply with the related recommendations. Women are 2 of 9 staff, none on the board; a policy is intended this financial year.
Investor update repeating known facts: Gairdner first-pass drilling finished 1 November with assays pending (December), cash about $4.5m at 30 September, share price $0.081 on 31 October (market cap $9.3m). Lists Eastern Eyre, Olary, Warrior and Cowell as drill pipeline.
Gairdner's nine holes (about 1,200 m) are finished. Holes at the magnetic targets hit magnetite-bearing mafic volcanics with limited sulphides, which the company says discounts the likelihood of finding iron-oxide copper-gold-uranium deposits there. Silver-target holes showed epithermal-style alteration; assays are due early December.
September quarter: cash about $4.48m (from $5.1m). Gairdner drilling began 24 October; the Warrior uranium acquisition and the new Eastern Eyre licence were added, and Cowell graphite conductors were found.
Two new exploration licence applications approved either side of the White Dam gold mine, extending the 100%-owned Olary Project. They sit along-strike from soil gold anomalies peaking at 161 ppb; infill sampling comes next, then scout drilling at Heinrichs.
Drilling about to start at Gairdner on the Kokatha and Border iron-oxide copper-gold-uranium targets: eight reverse circulation holes, about 2,000 m, with approvals and a rig in place. This is the 'company maker' test flagged in earlier updates.
The airborne survey at Cowell found multiple strong conductors, including two the company interprets as along-strike from Archer's Wilklow graphite prospect. Shallow drilling is expected in 2013. These are geophysical targets only, not confirmed graphite.
Exploration licence EL 5012 granted in the Eastern Eyre Peninsula after a long delay tied to the Defence Department's Cultana Training Area; it was first applied for in March 2009. A gravity survey comes next, with drilling of iron-oxide copper-gold-uranium targets targeted for early 2013.
Annual report for the year to 30 June 2012, the first full year as a listed company. The chairman says progress has not been reflected in the share price and points to upcoming drilling at Gairdner, Olary and Warrior. Financial detail not shown in the extract.
Helicopter airborne electromagnetic survey starts over graphite targets at Cowell (EL 3978, earning 75%), along-strike from Archer Exploration's Wilklow prospect. Flying takes about three days, then a two to four week processing period; next steps follow the results. Follows the earlier graphite data review.
Investor update repeating known facts: Gairdner drilling due to start October 2012, 114.8m shares, cash about $5.1m at 30 June, share price $0.042 (market cap $4.8m). Lists Warrior and Cowell graphite among projects to be drill tested.
Binding deal to acquire EL 4570, covering most of the historic Warrior uranium project in the Central Gawler Craton, from a Stellar Resources subsidiary (the same group behind the Pirie Basin JV), in return for a 1% net smelter royalty. Seven mineralised zones were drilled in the 1970s; work starts with a data review.
Completes the Frome Basin acquisition announced 26 July: eleven licences, about 4,000 km2, acquired for 800,000 shares issued to Callabonna as nominee on 31 August. Management plans to review existing data over the next few months to pick targets.
Gairdner gravity surveys show large-volume IOCGU-style targets at Border and Kokatha, and infill sampling lifts the Kokatha soil silver peak to 970 ppb. Reverse circulation drilling of copper-gold-uranium targets is planned later this quarter, then air core or rotary air blast drilling for silver.
Soil sampling at Outalpa (EL 4399, 100%-owned), next to Cutana, defines three gold zones west of White Dam, peaking at 161 ppb at Duckpond, the highest soil gold from the company's Olary work. Infill sampling comes next, before drilling.
June quarter: cash about $5.1m (from $6.0m). Recaps Gairdner silver prospects, Cutana Pinery and Tepco gold intercepts, the Frome Basin acquisition, and graphite prospectivity in the western EL 3978 blocks. Gairdner infill assays still pending.

Callabonna Uranium's notice of the same sale: ten Frome Basin licences and one Northern Gawler Craton licence to Renaissance for 800,000 Renaissance shares, subject to ministerial consent. Re-release of the counterparty side of the 26 July deal; no new information.

Binding agreement to acquire eleven exploration licences, about 4,000 km2 of the Frome Basin, from Callabonna Uranium's subsidiary for 800,000 shares (about 0.7% of issued shares). Adds sandstone-hosted uranium ground near the Beverley and Four Mile deposits, subject to ministerial consent.
Cutana scout drilling (29 holes, 3,134 m) returned gold at Pinery, up to 6 m at 0.73 g/t in oxide and 2 m at 0.89 g/t in primary rock, and 8 m at 0.32 g/t at Tepco. Follows the 2011 Heinrichs results; the company says potential remains high, with sampling and geophysics next.
Completed soil sampling at Gairdner defines three silver prospects (Peninsula, Border, new Kokatha in EL 4675), with peaks of 130 to 330 ppb. Builds on the 30 April results; infill sampling is underway, with drilling to follow.
Awarded a South Australian Government PACE grant of up to $40,000, covering 50% of direct costs of 700 m of drilling at the 100%-owned Tanners Dam uranium project. Drilling is planned alongside Gairdner, expected to start by next quarter, subject to approvals.
Sarec conference presentation by MD David Christensen, largely repeating known Cutana, Pirie Basin and Gairdner results. Shows 114m shares, share price $0.066 (market cap $7.5m at 30 April) and cash $6.0m at 31 March; says next stage is fully funded.
March quarter: cash about $6.0m (from $6.6m at 31 December). Cutana drilling resumed with 13 Pinery holes done, first assays due in May. Glensea core found visible copper sulphides, with assays pending; Gairdner silver soil assays also pending.
First Gairdner soil results show five silver anomalies (peaks of 150 to 330 ppb, up to about 2.5 km2) over inferred Gawler Range Volcanics, which the company says compares favourably with Investigator's Paris discovery. Infill sampling comes first, with drilling possible this or next quarter.
Renaissance elects to continue the EL 3978 joint venture with Hiltaba Gold (Stellar), having spent over $500,000, and will issue 750,000 shares and 750,000 options. It can then earn 75% by spending about $2.5m more within four years.
Cutana reverse circulation drilling restarts this week and is expanded to include the Pinery prospect (three traverses of five holes), plus eight more holes at Heinrichs and 13 at Larry Macs. Total program is about 5,700 m, running through May, with follow-up planned for June.
Four Glensea core holes completed; all showed visible sulphides in narrow veins, with visible copper sulphides in two of the four. A fifth hole failed to reach basement at 205 m. Assays due later in April will decide next steps; no grades yet.
A rig is contracted to resume diamond-core drilling at Glensea, testing five gravity and magnetic copper-gold-uranium targets within EL 3978, starting later this month and taking about three weeks. Follows the 2011 hole that found hematite alteration beneath 12 m at 0.42% copper.
