Raises $1.1m at $0.015 per share, with one free $0.03 option (expiring 30 Sep 2016) per four shares. $711,000 is placed now and $389,000 is conditional on shareholder approval. Funds Siviour expansion drilling and metallurgical work; addresses the low cash flagged in the April quarterly.
Capital raising presentation repeating the Siviour resource, flake quality and plans. Shows 237.0m shares, $0.017 share price (6 May), $4.0m market value and $495k cash. No new results.
Large-diameter diamond core drilling at Siviour to start this month for metallurgical samples, plus resource expansion drilling. Renascor plans to lift its Eyre Peninsula Minerals stake to 49% next month by issuing 38.67m shares, subject to shareholder approval. Scoping study still due next quarter.
Review of 2010 AngloGold soil samples at Munglinup found a 4km lithium-anomalous trend at the Young River prospect, peak 74.9 ppm. Renascor plans more sampling and mapping. A new, early-stage lithium thread alongside the graphite focus; no drilling yet.
March quarter: cash about $495,000 at 31 March, down from $869,000 at 31 December. Recaps the Siviour maiden resource (16.8Mt at 7.4% TGC). Plans further drilling and processing test work. Low cash may mean funding is needed (inference).
Announces a company-commissioned research report by Beer & Co on the Arno graphite project, available on the website. No new operational or financial information.
Announces a company-commissioned BCP Equities research report, 'Creating Scale with Arno', available on the website. No new operational or financial information.
Conference presentation repeating the Siviour resource and the Q3 2016 scoping study plan. Shows 237.0m shares, a $0.015 share price and a $3.6m market value, lower than in March. No new results.
Conference presentation repeating the Siviour resource (16.8Mt at 7.4% TGC), flake results and plans for processing tests and a Q3 2016 scoping study. Shows 234.7m shares, $0.021 share price, $4.9m market value. No new results.
Maiden JORC resource for Siviour, Arno: 16.8Mt at 7.4% TGC for 1,243,200t contained graphite, including 5.9Mt at 10.0% TGC at an 8% cut-off. Company calls it Australia's largest reported graphite resource. Resolves the resource thread; a scoping study is expected in the third quarter.
Half-year to 31 December 2015: loss of $360,046, versus $3,617,614 a year earlier. Recaps the Arno option, the Munglinup acquisition approved at the November AGM (18m shares, 4m options at $0.03) and the 2015 entitlement offer. Predates the Siviour drilling results.
Microscope work on drill samples from four Siviour holes found over 80% of the graphite flakes in the large to super-jumbo size categories, with flakes up to 1,600µm. A maiden JORC resource, being prepared by Optiro, is expected within a week. No processing tests on Siviour yet.
Final assays from the 24-hole program found graphite at Siviour West (23m at 8.0% TGC) and Paxtons (27m at 7.8% TGC). Company says the zone may extend over 3km east-west. Next stage planned: more drilling and metallurgical testing to assess resource potential.
Five more Siviour holes hit thick, shallow graphite, including 27m at 13.0% TGC (Siv018) and up to 22.9% TGC. Confirms high-grade graphite at least 600m west of the original traverse, still open. Continues the February results; five holes still awaiting assay.
First assays from the 24-hole Arno program, which began in January: 10 holes at Siviour hit shallow graphite, best 19m at 14.8% TGC from 12m (Siv014). Suggests a flat-lying body over 600m strike, which the company says looks unique in the Eyre Peninsula. Remaining assays due in 2-3 weeks.
December quarter: cash about $869,000 at 31 December, down from $1.123m at 30 September. Reports the Arno option and says the planned 3,000m drilling program began in mid-January 2016. The drill results quoted are earlier, historical holes; no new results yet.
Drilling to start the following week at Arno, with up to 3,000m planned in the first quarter of 2016. It begins with about 1,000m testing the Siviour zone west of earlier holes. All approvals are received and a rig is contracted. Follows the December acquisition.
Presentation promoting the graphite strategy, repeating the Arno and Munglinup results. Shows 216.7m shares, a share price of $0.012, a market value of $2.6m and cash of $1.1m at 30 September. Arno drilling is due this month. No new results.

Binding option to buy Eyre Peninsula Minerals, which holds an option over 78% of the Arno graphite project in South Australia (1,372 sq km). Earlier drilling hit graphite in all eight holes, including 19m at 11.14% TGC. This adds a second graphite project alongside Munglinup, with drilling due this month.
AGM results: all nine resolutions passed on a show of hands, including the issue of 18m shares and 4m listed options for the Munglinup acquisition and approval of the Acorn placement. About 18.8m proxy votes were cast against the remuneration report, and 8.9m against the extra 10% placement capacity.
AGM presentation by the managing director repeating the Munglinup graphite targets, the Eastern Eyre copper project and the plan for an induced polarisation survey. Says Munglinup drilling is expected to start the following month. No new results.
September quarter: cash about $1.123m at 30 September. Recaps the Munglinup agreement and its Shiraz and Pinot targets, the earlier Eastern Eyre results, and an induced polarisation survey planned for Angle Dam. Munglinup drilling preparations have begun.
Survey data at the newly acquired Munglinup project identified two large conductors, Shiraz (over 2 km long) and Pinot, along strike from the Halbert's deposit (1.47Mt at 18.2%). Drilling is expected later this quarter, helped by the $140,000 grant. These are targets, not a resource.
Annual report for the year to 30 June 2015. The chairman says Extension Tank and 1050 East drilling showed significant copper and the new Munglinup project offers drill-ready graphite and nickel targets, and that the share price does not yet reflect this. Drilling at Munglinup is planned later this year.
Administrative filing of the Appendix 4G and 2015 Corporate Governance Statement, lodged with the annual report. It states where governance disclosures sit on the website. No new operational or financial information.
Clarifies after a newspaper article that Munglinup has no JORC-compliant graphite resource. The adjacent Halbert's deposit has 1.47Mt at 18.2% fixed carbon.
Binding agreement to acquire the Munglinup graphite and nickel sulphide project in Western Australia (579 sq km) for 8m shares, 4m options ($0.03) and $100,000 cash, with a $140,000 co-funded drilling grant. It adjoins the Halbert's graphite deposit; no resource at Munglinup itself. Drilling is expected later this year.
Assay results show anomalous copper at Extension Tank, which the company says is likely a mafic volcanic sequence causing the gravity and magnetic features. Two holes to the east returned strongly anomalous lead, zinc and copper in the Angle Dam fault. An induced polarisation survey is planned.
