Concho completed the $300 million 8.625% Senior Notes due 2017 offering announced days earlier, maturing October 1, 2017, with interest paid each April 1 and October 1. About $287 million of net proceeds goes to repaying credit facility borrowings. Lenders holding about 95.4% of the borrowing base waived most of the automatic reduction, so the base fell only about $4.1 million (instead of $90 million) to $955.9 million.
