1 Sept 2025drilling progress report● Neutral
Passive seismic survey started at Yanrey around Manyingee South: 30 lines, 95.5 line-km, about 10 days. It aims to map palaeochannel edges to guide the drilling planned from early October. No new results yet.
June quarter: cash rose to $2.396m after the $1.949m entitlement offer. A 90-hole, 9,000m air-core program at Yanrey is planned for Oct/Nov 2025, costing about $800,000 with passive seismic in August, funded from existing cash.
Director interest notices for the entitlement offer. Qiu Derong took up his full entitlement, adding 35.46m shares for $212,761 to reach 195.0m; Mulholland added 2.4m shares to reach 13.2m. Routine disclosure; text truncated, so other two notices are not covered.

The 0.6c entitlement offer closed with valid applications for 231.9m shares ($1.391m). A shortfall of 92.9m shares ($557,332) goes to underwriter Parle Investments, so the full $1.949m is expected to be raised. Resolves the open raising thread.
Letter to eligible shareholders opening the 0.6c entitlement offer (2 for 9, up to $1,948,539). Record date 30 May, offer closes 16 June 2025, with shortfall to be taken by underwriter Parle. Procedural timetable only.
Notice that shareholders outside Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong cannot join the 0.6c entitlement offer; their rights will be sold by a nominee. If fully subscribed, shares on issue would reach about 1,786m. Administrative notice.

Cauldron plans a renounceable entitlement offer of up to $1,948,539 at 0.6c per share (2 for 9), fully underwritten by major shareholder Parle Investments with no fees. The price is a 25% discount to the 7-day VWAP and is far below the 1.8c raising in late 2024. Funds go to Yanrey and working capital.
Review of data from the Wyloo tenements shows an extensive palaeochannel system, with Manyingee South's upstream extension covered by tenement E08/3204. Yanrey now totals 1,327km2. Drilling and seismic are being planned; no new drilling results.
March quarter report restates the 11.1Mlb Manyingee South maiden resource (Yanrey total 42.0Mlb) and the six Wyloo tenements. Cash fell to $666k from $1.357m; the $175k settlement was received after quarter end; ~318m options on issue.
Cauldron settled the costs order from the sand tenement (M08/487) court case with Wyloo: $175,000 cash plus six tenements (177.3km2) next to Yanrey, one abutting Manyingee South. Resolves the long-running legal matter flagged in earlier threads.
Maiden Manyingee South resource of 15.5Mt @ 325ppm eU3O8 for 11.1Mlb (inferred). Yanrey resources rise to 42Mlb, a 35% increase on Bennet Well's 30.9Mlb. This turns the 2024 drilling discovery into a booked resource; mining still depends on lifting the WA uranium ban.
ASX paused trading in Cauldron shares pending a further announcement. No reason is given in the notice; the next release is the 3 April resource estimate.
Half-year to 31 December 2024 shows a loss of $4,367,512 (prior year $2,124,238), reflecting the large Yanrey exploration program. Sand and Melrose nickel work was limited, with no further Melrose fieldwork planned given the nickel price. Text is truncated, so no further financials drawn.
December quarter report: the 2024 Yanrey drilling program finished (145 holes, 14,813.5m), with Manyingee South mineralisation over 3km. Cash rose to $1.357m from $0.588m after the $4.024m raising; ~303m options on issue would bring $5.56m if exercised.
