Cauldron plans a renounceable entitlement offer of up to $1,948,539 at 0.6c per share (2 for 9), fully underwritten by major shareholder Parle Investments with no fees. The price is a 25% discount to the 7-day VWAP and is far below the 1.8c raising in late 2024. Funds go to Yanrey and working capital.
Review of data from the Wyloo tenements shows an extensive palaeochannel system, with Manyingee South's upstream extension covered by tenement E08/3204. Yanrey now totals 1,327km2. Drilling and seismic are being planned; no new drilling results.
Cauldron settled the costs order from the sand tenement (M08/487) court case with Wyloo: $175,000 cash plus six tenements (177.3km2) next to Yanrey, one abutting Manyingee South. Resolves the long-running legal matter flagged in earlier threads.
Maiden Manyingee South resource of 15.5Mt @ 325ppm eU3O8 for 11.1Mlb (inferred). Yanrey resources rise to 42Mlb, a 35% increase on Bennet Well's 30.9Mlb. This turns the 2024 drilling discovery into a booked resource; mining still depends on lifting the WA uranium ban.
ASX paused trading in Cauldron shares pending a further announcement. No reason is given in the notice; the next release is the 3 April resource estimate.
Half-year to 31 December 2024 shows a loss of $4,367,512 (prior year $2,124,238), reflecting the large Yanrey exploration program. Sand and Melrose nickel work was limited, with no further Melrose fieldwork planned given the nickel price. Text is truncated, so no further financials drawn.
The CY2024 Yanrey program is complete: 145 holes, 14,813.5m, with final Bennet Well and Target 14 results including 2.10m @ 1,742ppm eU3O8. The CEO calls Manyingee South Australia's standout uranium discovery this year; follow-up analysis and next-stage drilling planning come next.
Michael Wells joins as non-executive director, nominated by largest shareholder Parle Investments (19.9% earlier) and elected at the AGM with 99.60% support. He worked with Anthony Parle for about twenty years until 2021. Board grows to six.
Amendment adding drill hole relative level data to Appendix B of the 25 November Manyingee South results. The results themselves are unchanged; administrative only.
Final 18 Manyingee South holes finish the 77-hole, 6,480m program, with best 2.08m @ 1,755ppm eU3O8 and 4.80m @ 929ppm. Mineralisation exceeds 3km by at least 1,100m, with two high-grade zones, still open. More drilling planned next year.
Seventeen more Manyingee South holes widen the mineralised channel from 600m to over 1,100m, still open, with best 1.84m @ 2,918ppm eU3O8 and 4.34m @ 1,021ppm. Extends the 3km trend; Target 14 drilling is due to start within 7 days.

FY2024 annual report restates the Bennet Well resource (30.9Mlb) and the Manyingee South channel at least 3km long and ~600m wide. The chairman expects a WA uranium policy change and targets one more Yanrey target this year. Provided text is truncated, so no financials drawn.

Eight more Manyingee South holes extend the mineralised north-south trend to at least 2km, open both ways, with ~600m width across the channel. Best: 3.00m @ 880ppm eU3O8 (including 2.40m @ 1,015ppm). Builds on the 11 September discovery of 1.5km.
First four holes at Manyingee South (Target 15, 4.5km south of Paladin's Manyingee) all hit uranium, best 4.12m @ 622ppm eU3O8. Company calls it a discovery continuous over 1.5km, open in all directions. It is the best result of the 2024 campaign so far.

Yanrey aircore drilling began on 10 July, delayed from early June by heavy rain; the company says the 251-hole, ~25,000m program is not meaningfully affected. All approvals and the heritage survey are complete. First results are expected in two to three weeks.
