Buru raised $17.81 million by placing new shares with two institutional investors at $0.65 each (a small discount to its recent trading price), and said it would also let existing small shareholders buy shares on the same terms through a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) - a scheme that lets retail holders top up their stake directly from the company, without brokerage.
Buru Energy issued 18,000,000 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares (for acquisition of NSE's interests in Canning Basin exploration permits), taking total ordinary shares on issue to 180,119,728.
