Re-filing of an October 2010 report: Antero agreed to sell its Oklahoma Woodford Shale midstream assets to affiliates of Cardinal Midstream for $268 million in cash. The assets are its 60% stake in the Centrahoma Processing joint venture with MarkWest, about 50 miles of gathering pipeline and a CO2 treating plant. Closing was expected in early November 2010. Antero could keep a $13.4 million deposit if the deal was terminated in certain circumstances. The filing says it contains no new information.

The proceeds were to repay the bank revolving credit facility and for general purposes, including possible acquisitions. The filing says it contains no new information.
