Summer 2022 drilling at Gemini is set to start 10 June, an initial 6,000m using the same two Bryson rigs. It prioritises the up-dip area southwest of GEM22-019 and GEM22-022, plus tests at GMX, Camp West and Wilfried.
May presentation repeats the winter assay results (17.0m at 0.38% U3O8 in GEM22-022) and a 6,000m summer program from the second week of June. Adds comparisons with other Athabasca deposits and uranium market commentary. No new results.
First assays confirm the GMZ radioactivity: GEM22-022 returned 17.0m at 0.38% U3O8, including 1.0m at 1.06%; GEM22-019 had 0.5m at 1.73%. This is far above discovery hole GEM-004 (5.5m at 0.12%). Eight GMZ holes still await assays; 6,000m summer program starts in June.
April presentation repeats the winter results: 11 of 12 GMZ holes radioactive, GEM22-019 with 22m and 15,780 cps against 5.3m and 2,200 cps in discovery hole GEM-004. Assays still awaited; June follow-up drilling planned. No new information.
Winter program finished: 19 holes, 5,378m. Final four GMZ holes hit the strongest radioactivity yet, up to 15,780 cps over 22m in GEM22-019; 11 of 12 GMZ holes were radioactive. Zone spans 230m by 80m, open in all directions. Hand-held readings; assays due in 1-2 months, summer drilling in June.
10,755,000 unquoted shares will be released from escrow on 6 April 2022, with quotation to be applied for. Administrative notice continuing the staged release of restricted shares from the 2021 IPO period.
Half-year report to 31 December 2021 shows an operating loss of $2.80m (versus $116,030 a year earlier), with no significant change in the company's affairs. It restates the $7.15m September placement and the GMZ discovery; 300,000 shares were issued to Axiom after period end.
Three new GMZ holes hit elevated radioactivity, including 14m of composite readings up to 2,230 cps in GEM22-006; the zone now spans 84m across strike. These are hand-held readings, not assays. A Camp West hole found nothing; 5,500m of drilling remains.
The Gemini winter drill program has started, with two rigs on site and drilling due to begin that weekend. One rig follows up the GEM-004 discovery; the other tests the 1.8km northern trend, Camp West and Wilfried. The initial plan is 6,600m.
3,087,500 unquoted shares will be released from escrow on 8 January 2022 and 3,515,000 on 11 January 2022. Administrative notice continuing the staged release of IPO-era restricted shares.
Share registry Automic is moving its Perth office to 191 St Georges Terrace from 20 December 2021. Administrative notice with no bearing on the company's projects or finances.
November 2021 presentation promotes the GMZ discovery (5.5m at 0.12% U3O8) and the 6,600m winter program from January 2022. It states AU$10+ million in the bank, fully funding follow-up drilling. Repeats known facts.
A 6,600m winter drill program at Gemini is set for January 2022, mostly following up the GEM-004 discovery, plus a 1.8km trend to the north and two other targets. Bryson Drilling is contractor; the program is permitted. This firms up the January-March plan.
3,399,598 unquoted shares will be released from escrow on 16 November 2021, as flagged at the IPO. Administrative notice; the shares become tradeable once quoted.

Assays confirmed a discovery at Gemini: GEM-004 returned 5.5m at 0.12% U3O8, including 1.0m at 0.28%, from about 190m depth. The zone is open in all directions. This resolves the 1 September radioactivity result; follow-up drilling is planned for the January-March winter season.
ASX queried the rise from $0.24 (30 Aug) to an intra-day high of $0.625 on 3 Sep. 92 Energy said it knew of no undisclosed information, pointing to the 1 September drill result and the uranium spot price above US$37/lb.
Hole GEM-004 hit 5.3m of elevated radioactivity (averaging 760 cps, including 0.7m at 1,500 cps) about 190m deep at Gemini. Readings are from a hand-held device, not assays; assays are due in about four weeks. Drilling paused and seven claims (122 sq km) staked.
