Signed binding agreements with arm's-length vendors for all the remaining surface land needed to build a mine at Guayabales, for US$44.0 million paid over five years - US$8.7 million in 2026 and roughly US$8.4 to US$10.0 million a year to 2030 - with 6% interest on some instalments, promissory notes and mortgages over the land. If an environmental permit comes through and construction starts early, the remaining instalments fall due before major construction begins. The company holds the mineral titles, or options over them, wherever it is buying surface.
